South African born tenor Christopher O’Gorman pursues a career as an ensemble singer with a number of groups including the Gabrieli Consort, Britten Sinfonia Voices, the Vocal Futures Chorus and is a Songman in the Choir of York Minster. He is an active performer of medieval music and is currently involved in an AHRC funded project exploring the Conductus repertoire of the 13 Century with John Potter and Rogers Covey-Crump. The first recording of the project is due to be released by Hyperion in September 2012.
